One of the most classic Taiwanese breads — Scallion Bread (蔥阿胖) — is coming to P60!
In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn how to make Taiwanese scallion bread from start to finish. From choosing ingredients to understanding baking tools, preparing the dough, mastering hand-kneading techniques, and learning fermentation essentials — you’ll gain all the basics you need to recreate this soft and fluffy bread at home.
Even better?
Once you learn the Taiwanese sweet bread dough method, you can apply it to other flavors like milk crumble, red bean, pineapple buns, and more.
