P60 is welcoming a special Japanese pop-up featuring koji-inspired ice cream and fermentation culture.
This time, we’re excited to host Wa Ice Cream (@waicecream.berlin) and LAZY KOJI (@lazykoji_official), bringing refined Japanese sweetness and rice koji culture into a modern lifestyle experience.
🍦 What’s on the Menu?
• Kinako Ice Cream: Protein-rich Japanese roasted soybean flour, served with brown sugar syrup (kuromitsu). Nutty, deep, and nostalgic.
• Vegan Dark Chocolate Ice Cream: Made with aged sake kasu, a fermented by-product of sake brewing that develops a rich and complex flavour over time.

This pop-up highlights the essence of traditional Japanese fermentation - koji, the foundation behind staples such as sake, miso, and soy sauce.
Through ice cream, we invite you to experience cultural discovery, fermentation heritage, and sweet excitement in every scoop.
