He served as Director of the National Human Rights Museum from 2018 to 2021, where he advanced cultural reflection on transitional justice through initiatives including the Green Island Human Rights Art Festival, the Human Rights Arts & Life Festival, and the International Human Rights Film Festival. His research focuses on the history of Taiwan’s human rights movement, democratic innovation and deliberative democracy, memory politics, and transitional justice.
